Announcement Information
As previously communicated to members, given that only one candidate registered for next year’s board, and following approval from the municipality to allow the current interim board to continue its activities temporarily until the end of June 2026, the next Extraordinary General Assembly will be held online on June 26, 2026.
Very important note: If the required minimum number of candidates for the board is once again not reached, the Extraordinary General Assembly will be canceled. Naturally, after the interim board’s term ends (at the end of June), any of its members may choose to step down from the board at their own discretion. In that case, the continuation of the association’s activities will proceed in accordance with the provisions of the Articles of Association and in consultation with the municipality.

Detailed Procedures
Nomination (Board Member and Inspector)
All eligible members are invited to register their candidacy for any of the following positions:
- Board Member
- Inspector

Note: The specific responsibilities and requirements for Board Members and the Inspector are clearly defined in the Articles of Association. We encourage all candidates to review these roles prior to registration. During the meeting, members will also elect two eligible volunteers to serve as Financial Supervisors.
Proposing Changes to Statutes
Members have the right to propose amendments to the current Articles of Association.
- Submission: Submit your proposals by May 24, 2026 using the form below.
- Review: The Board will review all submissions and prepare a consolidated draft.
- Review Period: The draft will be sent to all members on May 26, 2026, providing exactly one month for review.
- Approval: Each proposed change will be put to a formal vote during the General Assembly Meeting on June 26.
