The Annual General Assembly of the AIPaD, as announced earlier, was held on March 27, 2026, in a hybrid format. The Board extends its gratitude to all members who attended in person and virtually.
Meeting Overview
The session covered the following key agenda items:
- Activity Report: A comprehensive review of the Association’s activities over the past 15 months.
- Financial & Oversight Reports: Presentation of findings by the financial supervisors and the inspector.
- Statute Amendments: Proposed changes to the Articles of Association were discussed; however, the formal vote was deferred to the next General Assembly.
- Board Elections: Discussion regarding candidacy requirements and the status of the upcoming board.
Board Status and Transition
Due to the registration of only one candidate for the upcoming term and following necessary authorization from the municipality, the current Board will continue to operate as an interim council for a period of three months. This decision was made to ensure the continuity of essential administrative and operational functions.
Interim Council Members:

- Shohreh Iraji
- Armin Ghasemazar
Resignations: Fatemeh Nikraftar, Saghar Hendiani, and Saeed Mehri have stepped down from their positions at their own request.
Oversight Roles:
- Financial Supervisors: Ali Mohammadi and Sadaf Farkhani will continue their oversight duties for the next three months.
- Inspector: Farhad Varzandeh will continue in his role for the next three months.
