Before proceeding with the administrative details, the Board wishes to express its deepest sympathy and solidarity with all families affected by the recent events in Iran. We are fully cognizant of the current situation and recognize that, in these times, association matters hold the lowest priority. However, according to our Articles of Association and legal obligations, the Board is required to announce the General Assembly Meeting and the call for new board candidacy within the mandated timeframe. We appreciate the understanding of our members regarding these formal requirements.
The upcoming General Assembly Meeting will serve as a platform for the current board to present the term’s comprehensive report, including activities, challenges, and financial accounting. Additionally, the financial supervisors and the inspector will present their findings to the members.

Detailed Procedures
Nomination (Board Member and Inspector)
All eligible members are invited to register their candidacy for any of the following positions:
- Board Member
- Inspector
Deadline: March 22, 2026.

Note: The specific responsibilities and requirements for Board Members and the Inspector are clearly defined in the Articles of Association. We encourage all candidates to review these roles prior to registration. During the meeting, members will also elect two eligible volunteers to serve as Financial Supervisors.
Proposing Changes to Statutes
Members have the right to propose amendments to the current Articles of Association.
- Submission: Submit your proposals by February 22, 2026 using the form below.
- Review: The Board will review all submissions and prepare a consolidated draft.
- Review Period: The draft will be sent to all members on February 27, 2026, providing exactly one month for review.
- Approval: Each proposed change will be put to a formal vote during the General Assembly Meeting on March 27.
