Important notes:
- Registration opens on November 26 exclusively for AIPaD members with active membership. Non-members can purchase tickets starting December 8, subject to ticket availability. Registration closes on December 18 or earlier if tickets sell out.
- AIPaD members may purchase only one ticket for themselves. Public tickets for adults, when eligible, can be purchased up to five per person. Children’s tickets (standard, small, infant) are limited to two per each category. Children must be accompanied by their parents.
- Exclusively for members to enjoy greater benefits, AIPaD will cover additional expenses for this event, including decorations, drinks, and snacks, while the general member ticket price (370 kr.) covers only the costs of venue rental, DJ, and dinner!
Get involved & get rewarded!
This event is fully dependent on securing the required minimum operational volunteer commitments. Failure to meet the specific minimum threshold for registered volunteers will result in the immediate cancellation of the entire event. No exceptions or alternative arrangements will be offered.
We are looking for a limited number of volunteers to assist before, during, and after the event with practical tasks. As a thank-you, those selected and who contribute will receive an exclusive discount code for future events!
Indicate your interest and task preference in the registration form. Selection is determined solely and finally by the board. Chosen individuals will receive specific role assignments.
