Election of Inspector for AIPaD
Motivation & Purpose
I am nominating myself as Inspector because I am committed to supporting the transparency, accountability, and proper governance of the organization. I believe my attention to detail, integrity, and dedication to the association’s mission will enable me to contribute effectively in this role. In short: “To find a needle in a haystack… and then argue about the needle’s color.” 🙂

According to my previous experience as a board member and being familiar with existing challenges, I think I can be useful as the inspector
Extension of current terms for AIPaD Board and Financial Supervisors
Items:
- Extension of the current Board’s term until April 1, 2026
- Extension of the current Financial Supervisors’ term until April 1, 2026
Notes:
- If the vote for any of the above items does not pass, a separate election for the relevant position (covering the period from January to April 2026) must be held in January 2026.
- The inspector’s term will continue until April 1, 2026.
Voting Schedule:
- Voting starts on September 26th, 2025, at 19:00.
- Voting ends on September 28th, 2025, at 23:59.
- Your vote is completely anonymous.
- You can only vote once.
Results Announcement:
Two observers will be appointed by the General Assembly during the extraordinary meeting on September 26th, 2025. They will have access to the results of the vote and will make the final announcement 48 hours after the voting period concludes.
