August 17, 2025:
We officially announced the second Extraordinary General Assembly meeting, scheduled for September 26, 2025, to elect AIPaD Inspector and vote on extension of current terms. Call for nomination was shared with all members here.
September 26, 2025:
The second Extraordinary General Assembly was held online, attended by the Board and a number of members. The board provided a brief report on its performance in organizing events, clubs, and financial matters. Challenges facing the association and the board were then discussed, and members’ opinions on these issues were solicited. Policies regarding cooperation with other associations were also reviewed and discussed. Furthermore, the process for voting was clarified. September 29, 2025:
The voluntary voting observers reviewed all voting records and officially announced the final voting results, as follows:
- Farhad Varzandeh was elected as Inspector.
- Both proposals for extension of terms (Board members and Financial Observers) were approved.
