Timeline of Key Announcements and Events
May 7, 2025:
We officially announced the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting, scheduled for July 4, 2025, to discuss and vote on proposed amendments to the AIPaD statutes. Details of the amendments and the need for a more transparent and comprehensive legal framework were shared with all members. See more information here.
July 4, 2025:
The Extraordinary General Assembly was held online, attended by the Board and a number of members. The board provided explanations regarding the context and objectives of the proposed reforms, followed by a detailed discussion and Q&A session. The process for voting was clarified. The voting information and instruction were shared with all members (in the meeting as well as via email). See more here.
August 3, 2025:
The voluntary voting observers reviewed all voting records and officially announced the final voting results. All proposed amendments were approved.
August 13, 2025:
We received the final legal approval from the Lyngby Municipality, marking the successful completion of this important process.
We thank all members who actively participated and contributed valuable input, helping us enhance the legal structure and future direction of our association.
Call for Nominations: AIPaD Inspector
According to the Article 8 of the Articles of Association:
- The Inspector must have been a member of the association for at least 2 years.
- If no eligible candidate is available, the Board will select a candidate and present them to the General Assembly for a vote.
- The Inspector is elected during an (Extraordinary) General Assembly.
- The Inspector’s term of service coincides with that of the Board.
Therefore, we invite all eligible members to declare their candidacy for the position of Inspector by September 25, 2025 via the form below.
Please note: The next Extraordinary General Assembly will be held online on September 26, 2025. More information will be released before the meeting.
