    • DTU Staff Ticket: 280 kr.
    • DTU MSc/BSc/Guest/Visitor Ticket: 210 kr.
    • Standard Child Ticket (7+ years): 280 kr.
    • Small Child Ticket (2-7 years): 180 kr.
    • Infant Ticket (0-2 years): Free!
  • Public non-members: 
    • Adult: 380 kr.
    • Standard Child Ticket (7+ years): 380 kr.

Important notes:

  • Registration opens on February 23 exclusively for AIPaD members with active membership. Non-members can purchase tickets starting March 2, subject to ticket availability. Registration closes on March 20 or earlier if tickets sell out.
  • AIPaD members may purchase only one ticket for themselves. Public tickets for adults, when eligible, can be purchased up to five per person. Children’s tickets (standard, small, infant) are limited to two per each category. Children must be accompanied by their parents.
  • Exclusively for members to enjoy greater benefits, AIPaD will cover additional expenses for this event, including decorations, drinks, and snacks, while the general member ticket price (280 kr.) covers only the costs of venue rental, DJ, and dinner!

We are looking for a limited number of volunteers to assist before and during the event with practical tasks. As a thank-you, those selected and who contribute will receive an exclusive discount code for future events!

At the end of the registration form, you can express your interest in helping by selecting one or more options:

  • Before the Event

    • Setting up the Haft Seen table, preparing the venue, arranging tables and seating, etc. 
  • During the Event

    • Checking in guests at registration, helping with serving food & beverages, assisting with cleaning & tidying up, etc.

Important: The board will solely and finally decide who is selected to help. This decision is final and cannot be disputed. If chosen, you’ll receive further details on your role!

Event arrangements

In the days leading up to the event, we will provide you with more information on how to join the event’s Telegram group and details about the check-in process at the venue.

If you are purchasing tickets for multiple guests, please make sure to enter the contact information of each attendee so they also receive the information.

Please note that registration is binding, and no refunds will be issued unless the entire event is canceled.
