Sankt Hans is one of the most important events in Denmark after the Christmas and Påske. It is a gathering of people, usually families, for celebrating the begining of the Summer. In AIPaD, we celebrated the Sankt Hans in Bakken this year. The event was started with music and funny jokes from the most famous clown from Tivoli and ended around 10 p.m. with burning a dull laid in a boat full of wooden sticks. The dull that is a symbol for a witch is a gift from the history. It was a nice evening around the most beautiful and calm lake in Copenhagen.
